Rin
Hello, my name is Rin. I am 34, I am a young Thai chef coming from Northern Thailand. Before moving to France, 5 years ago, I used to work in Bangkok at the famous Food Loft of the Central Chidlom.
I’ve cooked my first FRIED RICE when I was 9 to help my parents coming home tired after work. From that day on, I’ve never stopped cooking. It has become a real passion, an extraordinary moment in which I can share my culture and make people enjoy.
When I first arrived in France, I decided to share my cuisine with the inhabitants of the nice Côte d’Azur, called French Riviera, and the beautiful cities located along the coast such as Nice, Cannes and Antibes.
I’ve decided to found Ma Cuisine Thaï, a concept of chefs at home to let people discover the real Thai cuisine. I also propose Thai cooking courses and a service of private chef or catering chef at the reception place for any types of events such as weddings, baptisms or birthdays.

My name is Natakot, but everybody calls me Kae: it’s my official nickname, as usual in Thailand. I come from the Trang Province, in Southern Thailand. I’ve been nourishing my passion for Thai cuisine for several years; it’s an art of living…
My professional experiences have been for me nice opportunities to work in several traditional Thai restaurants in Bangkok and La Haye. In all these years, my passion for cooking, serving and teaching cooking techniques has remained unchanged. It’s a real joy for me to share my culture and let people travel through my cuisine…
